Despite the hordes of clubbers that might make you feel in Ibiza those days, there’s not much left of the sunny days. Not sure why but summer gets shorter & shorter since a couple of years already.
I hate those days when we can’t see the sky, not even the top of the TV tower. On the other hand that’s a good reason to stay home and digg through the records crates or to go out late, party hard and stay the whole day in bed.

Fireworks just started here in Berlin, tonight’s gonna be a long night .. and the last party in 2009. the last party is also our last podcast this year, an 80 something minutes mix recorded a few hours ago. Many great vinyls were released in 2009 on labels like Delsin, Ostgut, & Rush Hour to name a few. Some of my favorite pieces are on the track list. Parisian youngster John Jastszebski’s new track La Toureille is a deep techno wonder reminiscent of the vitriolic sounds of Berlin techno.
