PHONICA 5TH BIRTHDAY !!!

0Posted by DJ-ONE | November 27, 2008

On Friday 28th November, Phonica Records celebrates its fifth birthday with a bash at London’s Corsica Studios ; music comes courtesy of Sebo K, Prins Thomas and Peverelist.

With independent record emporia around the world closing down at a frighteningly rapid rate, here at VKMP3 we’re excited Phonica’s store in Soho to reach its 5 th birthday. Quality, Passion & Focus pay off. Congratulations & best whishes for the future!

The diversity of the shop is reflected in the distinction of the guests assembling to play this birthday party: Mobilee’s Sebo K , surely one of the most dynamic deep house and minimal DJs on the planet; boundlessly entertaining, dancefloor-wrecking disco kingpin Prins Thomas, Peverelist , Bristol-based purveyor of techno-tinged dubstep and proprietor of Punch Drunk; and, last but not least, Phonica co-founder, BBC Radio 1 DJ and Get Physical girl-about-town, Heidi .

These headliners will be joined by the annoyingly talented Phonica DJs: Simon Rigg, The Vangelis, Hector [whose debut single 'La Raza' came out on Dinky's Horizontal label earlier this year], Anthea, Ben (Skull Juice), Damon Martin (Disco Bloodbath), Raimo, Ricky (Udio) and FACT’s very own Antony Hill.

The festivities run from 10pm-6am, and advance tickets are available at £10 from Phonica and www.residentadvisor.net , with tickets on the door going for £12.

Have Fun & Dance!
